Toby has an incredible story to share.  She is known as the Dog Lady. She started Safe Harbor, a prison dog program that helps inmates develop compassion and responsibility. We’ll be sharing stories of women prisoners, who through their work training dogs, have gone on to become productive members of society. What Toby has demonstrated is the connection between the animals, who in their own way become teachers of non-judgement, love, and trust.  Join us.
