Broken Promise – Jim Kern

Hikers of the world, you have an advocate that is appealing to the U.S. Congress for you. Jim is the president of ‘Hiking Trails for America’. In 1968 the 90^th Congress and President Lyndon Johnson passed the National Trails System Act. What has happened in the 53 years that have passed regarding this Act, and what do we need to know about it in the present?  We’ll find out.
