The Donna Seebo Newsletter (C) November 1, 2011
Donna,What an interesting newsletter, especially about the hummingbirds. They are one of my favorites . While living in NC, Louis and I spent hours sitting on our front porch watching the ruby throated version. We learned lots we didn't know about them as we had no idea how vocal they are. After moving back here to Va. my hummingbird feeders are out in April til late October. I had no idea that there are hummingbirds around in winter. Must be the species native to your area as our ruby throats migrate. Their scouts come back in April to see who has feeders out and available. Again, thanks for all that info as I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Love, J.S. - Virginia
Hi Donna,
Thank you for the very moving sharing of your experience in Victoria--the contrast of dark and light, hope within and turmoil without.
I wish you a peaceful integration!

Donna Seebo's Newsletter - August 2008
Dear Donna,Thanks so much for that moment of encouragement, and for sharing Ms. Hillary's story with us. I was having a "down" moment in my growth, and career and was letting it get the best of me when I read your email. It changed the angle of my view, and brought with it a new light that directed me to a smile.
You're a gift! Michael C. Seattle, WA

Thanks Donna, for another great newsletter. I long suspected that it must be a gene that accounts for humanity's stupidity to blindly follow leaders to it's self-destruction, because no group seems to be exempt, from the dull-minded to the intellectual. This is a point to ponder.

Hello Donna,
I was a guest of yours a few years ago (author - Confluence). I want to
thank you for your newsletter. at first, I said to myself "too busy to read
extra stuff", but i went ahead and read it anyway and you brightened my day.
I copied the quote from GBS and it will be my thought for the month. I
appreciate the reminder about listening in- guest list- and will try to if I
am home. Thanks, Susan

Donna
Thank you for the news letter this month. It 's beautiful!
Thank you for stressing that we give meaningful attention to the present. I tend to look toward the past a lot.
many of past memories do not serve any purpose but bring pain and tears.
Have a happy day! From Joy
Thanks for the newsletter. I was amazed to see that most everyone I know is experiencing this troublesome malfunctioning with electronics. Computers, Networks, Printers and all seemed to go on strike this last week. I'm not sure what it was, but certainly it was a universal issue - particularly here in the Seattle area.
Thanks for the great reading at the L.A. show.

Thanks Donna, always enjoy your newsletters! Even the "Golden Key" can become worn out and need to be replaced. Reminds us all to periodically rethink our "answers." And our strategies. onward!

Donna Seebo's Newsletter - December 2006
Thank you for such a thoughtful and well-written piece of work. There is
much to think about here. Thanks, too, for all you do in the world.
Warm regards,Joanne
Donna,
Thank you for sharing your story concerning the "Chicken and the garbage can." We never know when that incredible inner strength will take over and will out. It takes a strong, confident person like yourself to share a personal experience that will inspire others. A message that shouts no matter what kind of situation you are in it is still important to hold on to your dignity.

Donna
One of your best newsletters. (March) I loved the info about the storms as we don't hear about them in your neck of the woods. Also the little tidbits about the damaged trees and etc. I especially loved the whale story as it almost brought tears to my eyes as to how grateful the whale must have been. Even though huge they seem to have a very sentimental, almost human, nature. Thanks again.

Newsletter Note.Sept 1~~ article on Curiousity and my daughter Elizabeth
Thank you so much for the nice things you said about my daughter, Elizabeth, in your article on Curiousity. http://www.delphiinternational.com/Newsletter/NL2005/NLsept05.html
I was quite surprised to stumble upon it and very pleased by what you had to say. Curiousity and determination are definitely traits that describe Elizabeth. We were recently victims of Katrina and are temporarily residing outside Houston. Amazingly, over 20 of Elizabeth's spiders were rescued and she is continuing to pursue her studies. The assistance of The University of Buffalo and Southwest Airlines is it making possible for her to still attend The Kids Hall of Fame Induction at the end of this month. I thought, perhaps, you would like to know this.
Sincerely, Susan M.

Thank you for the inspirational message.
Speaking of oak trees, you and Donna should come see the ones on this
farm. They are supposedly 200 to 400 years old and so magnificent it
brings tears to my eyes. Of late, I have been glorified by the beauty of the oaks, the apple trees (planted at the end of the Civil War) and my 136 year old black walnut tree....Keep your messages coming as they are so beautifully written and inspirational.
Newsletter Note.......12 October 2000
Hi, Donna, just read your newsletter. You spoke about comments, and I have
to tell you that in September I read your last Golden Nuggets about the
couple who built Stanford University. The women went into a loud hush at the
end of it and there was not a dry eye in the house. The moral of that story
was terrific. I love the stuff you come up with.
